...and here's a glimpse into my journey. I have 53 years of experience across diverse fields. I've dedicated my career to serving in private industry, government, academia, the non-profit sector, and the faith-based community.

As a certified Behavioral Analyst Consultant, Emotional Intelligence expert, and Parent & Family coach, I'm passionate about helping individuals and families thrive. I'm also the co-founder of the EIQ2-El Center, which equips coaches with the skills to empower others through EI.

In memory of my son Ryan, I established Ryan's Village USA, a non-profit dedicated to supporting the youth. Additionally, I lead Growth by Design-Pasadena, an organization focused on teaching lifelong learning skills. My commitment to service has been recognized through prestigious awards, including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022 and the John Maxwell DNA Culture Award for "Exceeding Expectations" in 2023 for my contributions to the Maxwell President's Advisory Council.

Beyond my professional accolades, I'm a passionate advocate for youth and families. As a dedicated servant leader, I'm committed to making a positive impact on the world, and wholeheartedly believe that we either grow by intention or we shrink by default.
